Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American broadcast reporter. Best known for anchoring the CNN morning program At This Hour, Bolduan is a broadcast journalist from America. Bolduan was also the anchor of CNN's morning programs New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has been part of CNN s award-winning coverage of the 2012 and 2016 presidential elections. Bolduan has worked as an Washington DC-based correspondent for the congressional reporting on activities of Congress, the US House of Representatives and Senate. During her membership for Capitol Hill Unit Capitol Hill Unit Bolduan reported on the legislative cycle and congressional events such as discussions to raise the limit on federal debt and super committee discussion.
